  • Is there a slight smell coming from my new merch?
    All inks used for printing are Oeko-Tex®—certified and safe. If you notice any scent or discoloration, don’t worry. Both will disappear after the first wash.
  • Where are returns sent?
    For US and Mexico based customers, if a return claim is accepted by Unhypnotized and Printful, your item(s) need(s) to be returned to Printful’s Charlotte facility: 11201 Ed Brown Rd, Charlotte, North Carolina, 28273. For all clients outside of the US and Mexico, please see this list for your corresponding facility: Packages sent out from our facility in Canada are returned to: Unit 3, 3500 Laird Rd, Mississauga, ON L5L 5Y4 Canada. Packages sent out from our Latvian facilities are automatically returned to Plienciema 5, Marupe, Marupes novads, LV-2167, Latvia. Packages sent out from our Spanish facility are automatically returned to Travessía Prat de la Riba, 91-95, 08849 Sant Climent de Llobregat, Barcelona, Spain. Packages sent out from our UK facility are automatically returned to Antar 2 Headway Road, Wolverhampton, West Midlands, WV10 6PZ. Packages fulfilled by our partner facilities in Australia are returned to: 40 Tanimbla Street, Kedron, Queensland 4031, Australia (apparel orders); 338 Albert St, Brunswick VIC 3056, Australia (non-apparel orders, except for phone cases); 6 Axis Crescent, Dandenong South VIC 3175, Australia (phone cases). Packages fulfilled by our partner facility in Japan are returned to: Komiyaji 817-3, Shinwamachi, Amakusa, Kumamoto prefecture, 863-0101 Japan. Packages fulfilled by our partner facility in Brazil are returned to: Rodovia Santos Dumont, 4791 (Antigo KM 3,5), Armazém 111, Galpão 02, Empreendimento Caxias Park. Parque Paulista. CEP 25251-460.   • Why can’t I make the return claim myself?
    For the time being, we are partnered with Printful to facilitate printing of our products on demand, and fulfillment to you. Since Printful does our fulfillment for us, we have to coordinate through them to help you on returns. So, per their policy, please notify us any desired return at unhypnotized@proton.me, and we will initiate a return claim on your behalf. Please do so within 30 days of receiving your merchandise, and be aware the Printful may require photos of your gear in order to verify your claim.
  • I used my newly purchased clothes but found a defect/damage/misprint, can I return it?
    Returns or exchanges can only be approved and performed at the discretion of Printful and Unhypnotized, and per Printful's policy, have to be coordinated through us. Please send a brief message and photos of your issue to unhypnotized@proton.me. If approved, we will initiate a return claim on your behalf. Please do so within 30 days of receiving your merchandise.
  • My new item looks great, I used it, but I changed my mind. Can I return it?
    Unfortunately, no. Once used, your item(s) can no longer be returned or exchanged, but we highly encourage you search the site for something that better fits your needs, or shoot us a suggestion at unhypnotized@proton.me.
  • The printing’s a little off on my merch. Can I return or exchange?
    Returns or exchanges can only be approved and performed at the discretion of Printful and Unhypnotized, and per Printful's policy, have to be coordinated through us. Please send a brief message and photos of your issue to unhypnotized@proton.me. If approved, we will initiate a return claim on your behalf. Please do so within 30 days of receiving your merchandise. Although not guaranteed, Printful has responded to approved claims within minutes and remedied issues.
  • Why was my return denied?
    A return or exchange may be denied if it is evident that in Unhypnotized's or Printful's judgment, the item falls outside of Printful's misprint/damaged/defective policy. Examples of this will be an item that appears worn or an item that appears intentionally damaged. We don't anticipate problems like these, but just giving you the heads up!
  • I’m used to getting my stuff from the internet in two days. Why does this take longer?
    Your merch may take longer because it is custom ordered, and producing it typically takes 2-5 business days. Once produced, it’s shipped off to you!
  • How long does fulfillment take?
    We are partnered with Printful for fulfillments and 97.66% of orders are shipped within 5 business days, while more than 50% of orders are shipped within 3 business days or fewer. Fulfillment time doesn't include shipping. To get an idea of how long an order will take to reach its destination, combine the estimated fulfillment time with the estimated shipping time.
  • Hey "mate"... "compa"... "mec"... I'm an overseas client. Is there a duty tax on international orders?
    Yes, friend. Presently, international clients are responsible for covering any duties or customs fees associated with their purchase.
